A couple hundred folks had gathered for the Vietnam Moving Wall opening ceremony on Plymouth’s waterfront Wednesday afternoon. Many of them were sitting in folding chairs and facing toward the memorial Wall when a cranberry-colored Mercury Villager bearing a handicap parking placard suddenly jumped the curb and drove across the lawn behind them.
